The recommendations are generated by simple automated technical-analysis rules. They are not reviewed by a licensed financial adviser, can be wrong, and take no account of your personal financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.

Price and market data is sourced from Yahoo Finance's public endpoints and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always verify prices independently before acting on them.

Every portfolio, watchlist, and note you enter is tied to your account and is only ever shown to you — the app has no admin view or feature that surfaces another user's data, and no other user can see yours.

In good faith: this app runs on infrastructure the developer owns and administers, so direct database access is technically possible on the developer's part, the same as with any small self-hosted service. It is not accessed, and there is no product feature that exposes your data to anyone else. If you'd prefer not to store real financial data under those terms, use placeholder quantities/prices instead — the buy/sell/hold signals still work the same way.
